495 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using the 495 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 495 platform operating under the domain https://495.wine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform. Continued use following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The 495 platform is intended for adults only. By using our services, you confirm that you have reached the legal age required under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction to use a digital entertainment platform of this nature.
Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of services on the 495 platform, you are required to register and create a user account. During registration, you must provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Any false or misleading information provided at registration may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. The 495 platform will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account information secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
- Use a strong, unique password for your 495 account
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone
- Log out after every session, especially on shared devices
- Review your account activity regularly and report any anomalies
User Responsibilities and Usage Rules
As a user of the 495 platform, you agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, the safety of other users, or the smooth running of our operations.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the 495 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to breach, hack, or disrupt the platform's security systems
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including payment fraud or identity fraud
- Sharing or reselling account access to another party
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other criminal activity
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system in a manner contrary to the intended purpose of the offer
Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 495 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 495 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and held in the name of the registered user. 495 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount and accepted payment methods are subject to the platform's current policies and may change from time to time. Commonly accepted payment methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and FPX transfers. Deposits that have been successfully credited to an account cannot be reversed.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform, depending on the chosen payment method. 495 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. If fraudulent activity is suspected, 495 reserves the right to suspend or freeze any withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation.
Any taxes or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions are solely the user's responsibility.
Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
The 495 platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. This includes but is not limited to service interruptions, technical failures, or any disputed game outcomes.
The 495 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
Account Suspension and Closure
495 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, request by a competent authority, or an internal decision on grounds of platform security. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may not be refunded depending on the circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and other materials on the 495 platform are owned by or licensed to 495 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any platform content without explicit written permission from 495.
Third-Party Links and Services
The 495 platform may from time to time display information or integrations from third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. 495 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and conditions before engaging with their services.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
495 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Any disputes arising from the use of the 495 platform shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
